Joyful Group was founded in 2007 and is located in the city of Shijiazhuang which is under 1 hour by bullet train from Beijing. Joyful Group has over 18 years experience in producing high quality woven garments and have two fully owned factories in North China and one in Yangon Myanmar and two factories in Bangladesh, exporting over 8 million pieces worldwide.

Joyful Group have been very successful over the last 18 years by working in partnership with many long term customers to constantly improve and grow our factories capabilities. We continue to invest in the most up to date technologies and machinery to ensure we offer the highest standards to our customers and strive to make all our facilities as automated as possible.

Our office headquarters are based in the city Shijiazhuang where we have over 120 dedicated employees. Offering Full Supply Chain Management, from sales and purchasing departments, production and quality control, financial department, 3D design and technology, testing and finally shipping and administration to ensure all customers orders and needs are followed up every step of the way.

Our 2 factories in Chittagong, Bangladesh. One factory is Joyful-MZM and the capacity is 15,000 pcs per day. The other factory is Joyful-SOS Outfitters with a capacity of 10,000pcs per day.  Both factories focus on high quality manufacture of technical outerwear, softshell, casual padded jackets, shirts, shorts, trousers and hunting clothing.

Our Myanmar factory based in Yangon has 1800 employees with over 1400 auto and semi auto machine and a capacity of over 12,000 Pieces per day.

In addition, we have two Chinese factories are based 1.5 hours outside the city of Shijiazhuang and have a long serving local workforce of 500 employees. Our factories have over 600 auto and semi auto sewing machines with a capacity of 5,000 pcs per day.

All our factories specialise in the manufacture of technical outerwear, skiwear, casual jackets, down jackets, waterproofs and all kinds of woven shirts and pants.

Joyful Group combines tradition with technology through the use of modern semi automatic sewing machines with high tech capabilities such as fabric inspection machines, multi ply cutting system using blade and laser technologies, advanced sewing systems that incorporate a laser template and CNC sewing machines plus many other multi functional machines such as bonding, ultrasonic, thermo welding, seam sealing and automatic down filling machine to aid production speed and consistency of quality.

Our planet is precious and we work with our long standing fabric and trim suppliers to offer our customers the latest initiatives in recycled and sustainable products. We will always try to help and offer our customer idea’s and suggestions to develop new sustainable products.
